Beans on Toast
- 1 Ladle full of fresh beans
- 1 Piece of toast
- 1 Large tomato
- 1 Handful parsley
- Large crystal salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Your best olive oil for drizzling
- Slide your bread into the toaster. Let it toast until it is nice and crunchy on the outside.
- While your toast is crisping up, slice your tomato and top the slices with your salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Coarsely chop your parsley and set aside.
- Layer your crispy toast with the sliced tomatoes, then your beans, and sprinkle the parsley over the top.
- Drizzle olive oil over your creation and eat!
- Now go make another...and another (remember, these ingredients only happen once in a blue moon).
